The Yelda Bag is a celebration of Spring for Hill Tribe women. The beautiful hand work is well demonstrated in the embroidered stems and pompoms representing a field of blooming flowers. Intricate embroidery work covers the large band (deconstructed from lovingly embroidered baby boys hats) in the front of the bag. The leather band on top has contrast hand stitching in red. Lovely indigo hemp base cloth is hand loomed in the Hill Tribe villages as well.
The Yelda bag measures roughly 20" wide and is about 16" high. The strap drop is about 9". The bag is trimmed with soft recycled leather.
