New Policy Change!

In order to continue to provide our customers with the unique selection of merchandise that we are accustomed to we have had to make some changes in our policy. It's going to be based on each individual sale. 

We don't have the manpower to write a description for each item.  If the designer sends the information for their clothing I will happily enter it. I want our web store to be the best it can be and I apologize I haven't aced it yet. I strive to get better everyday.  I personally do all the photography, social media and email blasts, as well as purchasing and receiving new inventory. I know I can't please everyone but we sure appreciate the ones who stick with us while we are growing. The Policy Change is simple. When you order and your box arrives you have 5 days to return it. When you open your box and try on your new garments, please email or call to let us know what you're not happy with. We can help if you need another size or better yet help finding something new that would look beautiful on you. We go off UPS dates. It tells us when your box arrives. If you have any questions or concerns while shopping online, please just reach out and let us know. We are super people friendly and strive for the best customer service. 

How do I return an item?

Refund/Return Policy:
Sales receipt must accompany returns. Please write on there reason for returning and if you would like store credit or exchange after that 5 day time frame. 
We accept returns for exchange or refund 5 calendar days after delivery of the product. At our sole discretion after 5 calendar days, we will offer an exchange or store credit only. Items must be in "new, unaltered and unused condition". Definition of new, unaltered and unused condition is:

• without showing signs of wear or damage in any way
• within 5 calendar days of the delivery date (after 5 days no returns are allowed)
• must not be a special order or a custom order
• unless noted that it cannot be returned or has a different return policy time period other than that 5 days noted in that item's particular item description. 

If an item is received damaged or is incorrectly shipped by us please contact Customer Support immediately. Items that are defective and shipped from us or items that you did not order but received from us will qualify for a cash refund or store credit. 

Refunds are contingent upon inspection of item(s) once we receive it.

There is a 15% restocking fee for returned items that are not being exchanged nor do not want store credit. We are losing and can't keep it up. We are a mom and daughter boutique, we are not Nordstroms. We don't have their payroll and money wheel. When you place an order with us, it helps us pay bills and employees. When we see a package return and they demand their money back, then it put's us in a bad spot. We have decided to add a 15% restocking fee, So we can both win. Now if you want to get another item we can give you the remainder of your change if it's under $20... We apologize for the inconvenience. This will cut returns in half. Again you MUST contact us within those 5 days you intend to return ANY item sent from our store. Items returned to us AFTER that 7th day WITHOUT contacting us, will NOT be refunded.

Customer is responsible for all shipping costs if seller is not at fault.

Please allow 5 - 15 business days for the processing and shipping of your order. You will be emailed a tracking number once your order has been processed and shipped.

Please note that due to the high cost of processing small packages destined to Hawaii, Canada and any where overseas must pay a shipping and handling charge of $45.00 will be applied on all orders under $499.00.
