Over the past two decades, Shannon has translated her global inspirations into distinctive designs, maintaining a commitment to thoughtful craftsmanship through design work in Canada and ethical manufacturing in Thailand.
In 2013, Shannon expanded her reach by opening her flagship boutique in downtown Thorold, Niagara. Situated in a historic 200-year-old fire hall, the store—now known as the Post Office by Shannon Passero—occupies 6,500 square feet within a building recognized by the National Trust of Canada for its profound historical significance. Beyond retail, the business remains deeply dedicated to nurturing the local community and empowering the women within it.
The launch of Shannon’s namesake wholesale collection in 2017 marked a new milestone. Today, the collection is conceptualized and produced across Canada, the United States, Turkey, and Thailand. By collaborating exclusively with factories that align with her ethical standards, Shannon ensures that integrity remains at the core of her operations.
