Returns and Exchanges

We hope you are happy with your purchase! However, we understand that not every item will fit, and returns are sometimes necessary. Should you need to return anything, we are here to make the process as easy as possible.

Important Note:
• We accept returns on full-priced items only. All discounted items are considered FINAL sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
• All returns are for exchange or store credit only.
we charge $10 dollars for ups ground shipping. We don’t make anything in this area, one day soon I’m going to figure out how to make complimentary shipping for all a thing but for now, we will continue to pay the difference and keep shipping prices reasonable.
Keep in mind Amazon charges more ( $200/year for "free" Prime Shipping!) we have no gimmicks. 

Return Conditions:
• Timeframe: Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order.
• Condition: Items must be in excellent, sellable condition with tags still attached.
• Packaging: Please repack your return in the original sealed cellophane bag to protect it from potential weather or handling issues.
• the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We are a small business and

Return Process: If you don’t have access to a printer, no worries! Just include a note with your name, order number, phone number, and the reason the item didn’t work for you (too small, too big, didn’t suit your style, etc.).

Store Credit Details:
Your store credit will match the price on the tag, minus $8 if you opt for our return label. Your store credit is valid for 1 year only. This changed in 2020. We are a small business, and every purchase goes towards purchasing new inventory. One year gives you four seasons of fabulous new items to choose from! Our ladies usually don’t mind and often find something they like even better the second time around.

How to Use Your Store Credit:
We want to make things as easy as possible in the world of online shopping! While our system isn’t set up to accept store credit directly just yet, we’ve got you covered with a personal touch. Simply mosey on over to the “chat with us” feature at the bottom of our website, and let me know which fabulous piece you’d like as your replacement. I’ll handle everything behind the scenes and follow up with a text message to share your tracking info, updated total, and any other details.
Make sure to include your cell phone number in the chat so I can reach out directly. 

UPDATE ON SHIPPING TIMES
Please allow 2-4 up to 7 days for us to ship out your order. There are lots of variables to consider, depending on our storefront traffic. Some days we can accept, print out, pull items, pack, inspect, and take them to UPS all within a day’s work. If you need it pronto, let me know in the notes—I will do my best to help in any way I can.

 Our team carefully steams, retags, and repackages all returns to maintain the high standards our customers expect. Every item should feel as special as the moment it was first purchased, and we strive to ensure the next customer receives that same experience.
We kindly ask that you return our items in its original cellophane sealed bag to protect it from the potential weather or handling issues. Sadly we’ve seen it all. Those bags are a fix all protectant. 

Absolutely Abigail’s retains the right to warn, limit, or decline returns or exchanges based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, how it was obtained, or any other detail regarding the transaction.

Discounted sale items are not returnable.
