Absolutely Abigail's Return Policy 

We want you to love your purchase, so we do our best to get it right the first time. But if for any reason it didn’t work out, you can return the unworn full-price garment(s) within 7 days of delivery and a w store credit will be issued to you. Since we are short staffed and time is of the essence

You are responsible for returning & tracking your own package. Our goal to let this process take as little as time as possible. 

Self sufficient 

would need to hire someone just for returns, exchanges. your return, your store credit will be the same amount that's on the price tag if your out of state or requested a return label- 

Your store credit will be kept on file so we can pull it up in the future if you lose it.

Please note, we do not offer cash or credit card refunds.  If you aren’t happy with something you order we will happily exchange it for something we do have, now or in the future. If the rare occurrence that you don’t get what you ordered (something was missing or damaged, the delivery is lost in the mail, or something similar) occurs, then of course you would be refunded.

HOW TO MAKE A RETURN - THE BASICS

You don’t need approval to send your unwanted item back— Just make sure to keep up with the tracking, we are not responsible for lost packages. Shipping charges are non refundable.

Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery for unwanted regular price items. 

FREQUENT RETURNS

Absolutely Abigail's retains the right to warn, limit, or decline returns or exchanges based on the condition of the item, how long you've had the item, how it was obtained, or any other detail regarding the transaction.

Return Policy:
We hope you are happy with your purchase! However, we know that not every purchase will fit & returns are sometimes necessary. Should you need to return anything, we are here to make your return process as easy as possible. All returns are for exchange/store credit only.

No funds will be refunded under any circumstances. By engaging in any transaction with Absolutely Abigail's LLC, you agree to this Refund/Exchange Policy.

Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order in excellent condition.
You trust us to send you lovely, new, unused pieces, and we trust you to send back new and unused pieces.
We only accept returns of items sold at full price. Sales of discounted items are final.
Please do not send your box back without any paperwork or notes. We would appreciate a reason for your return and if possible include a copy of your receipt.
After 10 days, we are unable to accept returns on online purchases.

We utilize UPS for all of our shipping needs. There is a flat shipping and handling fee of $10.00. That provides you with ground shipping. If you'd like a faster delivery option I'd be happy to assist you with the current prices on UPS site.

All orders are processed and typically shipped within a day or two. If you order on a Friday, it will go out Tuesday.

Please note

Orders will not be delivered to P.O. Boxes.


There is a small chance that merchandise is being sold in our brick & mortar store simultaneous to online purchases being finalized. If this occurs, a Web Sales Associate will inform the customer and give a refund in full for the merchandise.

Let's talk returns...

Merchandise must be unworn, unwashed and in their original condition with all tags attached. Yes, we are pet friendly, but our clothing will not be approved for a return with pet hair or cigarette smell/odors. You expect new used items and we want the next customer to receive the same. Your box will be sent back that very day and you'll be asked to cover the delivery cost.

Exchanges and store credit are contingent upon inspection of the item once we receive it. Abigail's reserves the right to refuse a return, if merchandise received is not in its original condition or outside the 10 day policy.

Please include a copy of your packing slip.

Returns Will Only Be Accepted For Store Credit or an Exchange.

How do I return or exchange an item?

Should you need a return label please call us at 318-219-0788 or let me know via “ Chat with me “ on the bottom of our home page and i can email you a label.

We are happy to exchange items in perfect condition with price tags attached.If you need another size we will pay for the 1st exchange shipping charges but after that it will be your responsibility and taken out of your credit amount. 

The most effective way to make an exchange is to purchase your next order online. Once we receive and inspect your return, the amount will be credited back to your original payment minus $8.00 dollars for the return label.

If you’re not ready to use your credit right away you'll be given a store credit and if lost you're welcome to reach out we will have a copy of your receipt. Note:
you have two years to use your credit. We think that’s fair, that gives you plenty of seasons to choose a replacement.

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS OR INCORRECT ORDERS:
Our team checks all items for any damages or defects prior to shipping and we also inspect for accuracy, but we are human and know that we sometimes make mistakes. So, if you happen to receive an item that is damaged or defective or believe something is missing from your order, this is for you!

Damages must be reported to us prior to wearing the garment. Tags must still be attached.
All responses must be made within 3 days of receiving your order by phone call or leaving us a message in order to be accepted.
Please contact us immediately at 318-219-0788, we will have you provide us with a picture of the damaged/defective area. Please include your first and last name and order number.
If something is missing from your order please call immediately and we will cross check with our inventory for accuracy.
Shipping Your Orders; Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email confirmation that will include the tracking number for your package. Please give 24- 72 hours before its activated.

FYI: UPS Does not accept P.O. Boxes as a delivery address.

UNITED STATES: Standard : $10.00

INTERNATIONAL: $45 Please note that any customs fees are the customer's responsibility, and that we hold International orders until all items are ready to ship. Tracking numbers are emailed at the time of shipment. Orders are shipped from our location in Shreveport, LA.
Standard shipments should arrive between 1 and 5 business days depending on where you live in the US. International and shipments to AK and HI may take longer.
Please note that due to the high cost of processing small packages destined to Hawaii, Canada and anywhere overseas, a shipping and handling charge of $45.00 will be applied automatically at checkout.
