We hope you love your purchase! We understand that sometimes things don't work out, and we're here to make the return process as easy as possible.
✦ Policy Overview ✦
- We accept returns on full-priced items only. All discounted/sale items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
- All returns are for store credit or exchange only — no cash refunds.
- Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.
✦ Return Conditions ✦
- Timeframe: Items must be returned within 10 days of receiving your order. After 10 days, we are unable to accept returns on online purchases.
- Condition: Items must be in excellent, sellable condition with tags still attached.
- Packaging: Please repack your return in the original sealed cellophane bag to protect it from weather or handling issues. Those bags are a fix-all protectant — we've seen it all!
- Please keep your return tracking number. We are not responsible for lost or missing returned packages.

No printer? No problem! Simply include a note with your name, order number, phone number, and the reason the item didn't work for you (too small, too big, didn't suit your style, etc.). Ship your return to:

✦ Store Credit ✦
Your store credit will match the price on the tag, minus $8 if you use our return label. Store credit is valid for 1 year from the date issued — that's four full seasons of fabulous new arrivals to choose from! Our ladies usually don't mind and often find something they like even better the second time around. ♥
To use your store credit, head to the Chat With Us feature at the bottom of our website and let us know which piece you'd like. We'll handle everything behind the scenes and follow up with a text including your tracking info and updated total. Make sure to include your cell number in the chat!
✦ Shipping Times ✦
Please allow 2–7 business days for us to ship your order. We're a boutique operation — some days we can pack and ship same-day, other days our storefront keeps us busy. If you need your order urgently, just leave a note at checkout and we'll do our best!
We charge $10 for UPS Ground shipping — we cover the difference to keep rates reasonable. No gimmicks, no hidden fees. (Amazon charges $200/year for "free" shipping — just saying! 😉)

Every returned item undergoes a thorough inspection, steaming, and re-tagging process, handled with the utmost care. Every item should feel as special as the moment it was first purchased — and we strive to ensure the next customer receives that same experience.
To ensure we can maintain the high quality of our exclusive pieces, all returned items must meet the following requirements:
- In pristine, marketable condition with original tags securely attached
- Free of lingering odors including perfumes, essential oils, smoke, or any other scents
- Free of pet hair
- Repacked in the original sealed cellophane bag — those bags are a fix-all protectant, and sadly we've seen it all!
We do not accept merchandise that has been mistreated. We appreciate your cooperation in maintaining the excellent standards our customers expect.
Absolutely Abigail's retains the right to warn, limit, or decline returns or exchanges based on the condition of the item, how long you've had it, how it was obtained, or any other detail regarding the transaction. (We have to post this to protect ourselves — you understand! 😊)
