In 1998, a passionate young woman named Shannon Passero planted the seeds of her dreams amidst the winding streets of Chiang Mai, Thailand. For nearly two decades, she dedicated herself to sharing her designs across North America, Europe, and Australia, drawing inspiration from her travels while designing in Canada and manufacturing in Thailand.
In 2013, Shannon opened her first standalone retail boutique in downtown Thorold, located in the heart of Niagara. Housed in a historic 200-year-old fire hall, she expanded the space in 2015, renaming it the Post Office by Shannon Passero. Today, the store boasts 6,500 square feet on the main floor of a building recognized by the National Trust of Canada for its historical significance.

A new chapter began in 2017 when Shannon launched her namesake wholesale collection. Currently, the collection is designed, drawn, and sewn in Canada, the United States, Turkey, and the very streets of Chiang Mai where it all began. She collaborates with overseas factories that share her values and vision, placing ethical business practices at the heart of her company.
The collection evolves each season, focusing on a minimal environmental footprint by carefully selecting materials, upcycling, and sourcing durable materials local to the artisans' regions. Each piece is crafted in small batches, making them unique works of art.
