How To Use Your Store Credit

Hi! Here’s how to use your store credit at Absolutely Abigail’s.

Start by signing in, even if you have never signed in before.

1. Go to absolutelyabigails.com. Look for the account or person-shaped symbol and select it to sign in.

2. Enter the email address we have on file for your store credit. If you aren’t sure which email to use, please ask us before continuing.

3. You do not need to create a password or register for a new account. The website will guide you through signing in using your email.

4. Check your email inbox for a message with a six-digit sign-in code. If it doesn’t arrive, check your junk or spam folder.

5. Return to the website and enter that code. If you opened your email on your phone, switch back to the internet browser where you started. You are now signed in.

6. Return to our store and shop for the items you’d like. Add them to your cart.

7. Open your cart and select Checkout. Check your delivery information and complete any shipping details requested.

8. In the payment section, look for Apply Store Credit and select it. This is not a discount code, so you do not need to type anything into the discount-code box.

9. Check the total before finishing. If your credit covers the entire purchase, no additional payment is needed. If there is an amount left to pay, enter your payment information for that difference. Any unused credit stays in your account for another purchase, subject to any expiration date.

10. Select the final payment or order button to finish. Wait for the order confirmation so you know your purchase went through.

If you do not see your store credit, stop before paying and contact us. We’ll help you check that you’re signed in with the right email address!
