Bandana Blues Denim Duster
A little Western, a little bohemian, and completely unexpected.
The Bandana Blues Duster pairs an earthy olive green bandana print with washed blue denim for a fabulous mixed-media look that feels collected rather than coordinated. The contrast is what makes it: soft, textural olive fabric covered in classic white paisley motifs, framed by beautifully faded denim running along the open front and neckline.
And those pockets! Two oversized blue jean patch pockets give the front another layer of character while also being wonderfully useful.
Look closely and the denim detailing gets even better. Belt loops, seams, button details and variations in the wash create the wonderful impression of a favorite pair of jeans being reinvented into wearable art. At the bottom, layered shades of indigo and faded blue finish the duster with a pieced, raw-edged hem that gives it movement and just the right amount of undone charm.
